I thought Christine presented a very thorough and well executed delivery of a considerable array of responses that would be required in the instruction of any First Aid Mental Health Support worker. It really is a case of engaging with the person who is suffering and in distress and the ability to look for signs that are not immediately obvious.

Christine presented a very thorough and well executed delivery of a very well structured course, which to my mind covered in great detail (and with video examples), the type of life experiences that could cause a person to suffer mental distress. The course was then supported with clear and concise examples and methods that a Mental Health First Aider could offer as real and practical solutions to a person who is suffering and in distress.

I feel that the course highlighted that i do already hold some knowledge on the subject but also provided me with new mays to explore and identify people that may need help. It did provide me to be quite positive and enlightened in such a subject, as it has encouraged me to try and help and guide any people that I may feel needs a helping hand. This also applies to home life Aswell as work, also i like the self-checker part to check that you are ok yourself.
