This was a good course.It made a very serious life situation interesting to learn about. The course helped increase my confidence majorly to deal with it effectively.

Very good and practical training. Full day gave plenty of time to discuss and reflect. Group size may have been more inclusive if it was smaller, lots of knowledge in the group so a smaller group would have given more time to share
