Really Enjoyed the session. Tutor was friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the subject. Also friendly in a nice natural way and easy to build rapport with.

Very good course - learnt a lot. Quite a heavy day though - maybe 2 shorter sessions might be better.

I really don’t like role play scenarios and I think it just makes people feel uncomfortable.

There was an echo in the room so sometimes found it difficult to hear what was being said.
