I really enjoyed the course and I feel that I would be more comfortable to approach someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. I have enjoyed engaging with other people and learning how other people experience supporting vulnerable people.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the two days, and would now be interested in attending a mental health first aid training.

A really good, well delivered course covering a difficult subject but presented in a manner that made delegates feel safe and confident to discuss the subject.

Given the restrictions of zoom, I thought the training was almost excellent but I think a couple more videos would have pushed it to excellent in my opinion but that's just because I find videos particularly helpful for learning along with the excellent kind of discussions we had.
