I have previously attended Mental Health First Aid training, so this course was a good refresher.

Found it thought provoking and very informative and it helped me to understand my own reservations about my ability to help someone. The course helped me feel more confident with the tools that it provided. I also recognized that I need to use the materials to practice so that I am more prepared for a real situation that I may find myself in.

There was no information on the JIs or the eventbrite stating that in order to gain the civilian qualification extra work would be required, and this needed to be completed within 6 weeks (I may have missed this). I had already paid the C&G fee before I was then told it needed to be complete with 6 weeks. My concern is, I am on LEOC in two weeks time for 4 weeks so I am really pressed for time to complete this. I think I would have rather have done it the other side of LEOC had I have known. Ensuring I completed this before LEOC has taken away my LEOC study time.
