Great course, one of the best I've been on in a while. The balance between information and practical was spot on. Big thanks to Pauline and hopefully this can be offered out to the wider Army.

I found the course more interactive than expected which I am glad as this is my type of learning. Personally I find online learning difficult but Paulines ability and content with the help of the booklet pre printed really helped me. Great enthusiasm and learning about Intervention of Suicide I now feel more confident if I find myself in that situation having to deal with an individual.

I felt a slight sense of dread going into the training because of the subject matter but it was a very uplifting and therapeutic experience and I gained lots of practical knowledge and strategies to apply in my role.
