I couldn’t say anything bad about my experience on this course. And I have already recommended this to other work colleagues who I have attended other mental health courses with for them to participate as I feel this will help develop the experience they have already gained. Along with those who haven’t yet had past experience in this field that not only do I feel this will benefit them to help identify helping others but will also be able to develop and help with own mental health also

Really engaging and really beneficial. The tutor was very approachable, it was a relaxed session and for such a difficult subject it was enjoyable.

The terminology and awareness whilst discussing such a taboo subject was not only comforting but reassuring. Thank you.

This course is great for any level of experience, engaging at every level allowing individuals to open up safely sharing their own experiences. I have completed Shout volunteering training, which has very similar content, but this course being interactive and within the Military community, allowed for the cohort from a very wide-ranged background to understand each other while a mix of discussion, role play and questions ensured better understanding of the subject. Peer to peer remote learning is definitely one for the future and will educate any organisation about the stigma of suicide and it's impact.Response : Thank you
