Really good and useful course

Excellent instructions and experience from Pauline. Very helpfully through the course.

Such a good course, not only to understand what to recognise in someone displaying suicidal thoughts but to help understand what they are feeling and why.

Great course, one of the best I've been on in a while. The balance between information and practical was spot on. Big thanks to Pauline and hopefully this can be offered out to the wider Army.

I found the course more interactive than expected which I am glad as this is my type of learning. Personally I find online learning difficult but Paulines ability and content with the help of the booklet pre printed really helped me. Great enthusiasm and learning about Intervention of Suicide I now feel more confident if I find myself in that situation having to deal with an individual.

Very well taught course and I have gained a lot from it

Outstanding course and really useful if I only impact one individual from this I feel it will money well spent. I think it should become more formal training for military personnel. I know that many individuals would be more than happy to do this just to help others. Pauline was a great instructor and she was so passionate which always helps in such a sensitive subject.

Knowledge heavy course, well delivered, good slides. Great practice sessions and examples - would recommend to everyone.
