This is an excellent course. I feel more knowledgable and gained skills I didn't have before today.

I feel this was presented well and learned some suppressing information which is really good to know and would have not had though first.

I found this course a great tool to layer on top of MHFA and general Understanding Suicide courses. It has made me more confident to help with prevention and supporting others. A variety in videos would be great.

A good format to take away and use in situations where you suspect someone has suicidal thoughts. It would have been useful to have culture, race and spirituality mentioned.
