An informative course that was presented very well.
It was good and worth doing. At moments during it I wondered if would take too long, but it was the right length of time as it takes that long to learn the points.Helped me connect a bit with other members of our charity.

Having c;ompleted Wellbeing Training where we covered suicide, it put more meat on the bones around openly talking about suicide.
Very enjoyable course and very useful for me to use in my counselling role. I have already signed up for the ASIST course. The ability to help my community, family and friends feels beneficial and a really useful life skill. I have already had discussions on suicide twice this week, with clients and just having the extra confidence to work with them really helped.
I found the materials and structure and templates really helpful and practical which will help me if/when I need to put support for someone in to practice
Good, interesting course, I learnt alot and it was great to get to think how to also use in our communities to keep communities safe. I work in a community hub which is a safe place and I feel that this training can be useful both to people on a personal level and a work level.
