I found the course very informative and helpful, the action plan is a very good resource for me to use as and when I need to. I feel a lot more confident with leading an intervention and feel a lot more confident in what I can say to support someone.

Very informative, although the subject was heavy it was also enjoyable as I learnt so much and feel I would have more confidence to approach someone who may be in need and have the relevant skills to assist
