A great day in building our hope and giving us tools to make a real difference.

An excellent course and so worthwhile I sometimes wish I knew this stuff well in advance. I'm also so glad that we should be saying committed suicide - I think this is a tough wording otherwise and having known somebody that has died by suicide I can go away and challenge people when the say "committed".
