Very good and will be recommending others get the training. Will speak to my line manager about enrolling on the City & Guilds Level 4 training

The course was understandably a challenging subject to discuss but I went into it feeling a lot more apprehensive and nervous than what I came out. The instructor was extremely good at talking through her own experiences and how simple a conversation that can save a life can be - making it feel less daunting and overwhelming should this occasion arise.

Great course, pace and structure was good. Good level of interactivity and ability to practise knowledge and skills acquired.
