Due to a horrendous personal experience when I was young I had anxietys about attending but after Olivias course I feel a lot better and reassured.
The training has been really useful and well delivered. I've felt safe and comfortable the all time, and I now feel more confident in my role.

Very good course that will benefit all of WAST staff when rolled out to staff throughout the organisation to understand suicide and ask difficult questions around the subject of suicide.
I think this course provides people the knowledge of what is safe or harmful, identifying situations and the confidence to approach people who may be in this circumstances. Plus the etiquette on how best to react if you were to meet with the people again, outside the initial introduction
