Hannah came across very calm, positive and well organised/versed in all the areas covered within the topic
I found it really valuable to do the role plays, it was extremely uncomfortable at times, but got easier as we went on, and really important to have an opportunity to practice these conversations.
Well structured and delivered course. Partly a very good refresher but lots of new stuff too and worked well for us a group of eight.
