The course was really useful and well delivered. I feel better equipped to support people who are feeling suicidal. I did not have too many problems asking people about suicidal feelings, but I think I have some better ways of asking about how they are feeling which might feel more gentle and supportive and less like I'm going through a risk assessment check list. There were some useful facts about suicide which on reflection make me feel less stressed about supporting people who feel suicidal.

This training was so beneficial and I feel I am so much better equipped to support someone feeling suicidal, I feel confident and that I wouldn't shy away from their disclosure.
