Really enjoyed the format. Like the bite size video scenarios which helped engage us with discussions. Pre prepared scenarios would have been my preference for role play activities.

I found the course valuable in my role of the Cist Adviser we often have people who talk about suicide and this training has helped to ask them the right questions and to get a better idea of what's going on in their life and help them to pause and think about what support is available for them.
