The course content was clear and well structured. It was an engaging lively course with excellent facilitation (per comments above ). The course did what it said "on the tin" and I am most likely to consider taking this forward to the next stage.

The trainer was excellent and very clear in her explanations. Her experience over the years, giving examples of situations, really made the training feel real and not hypothetical.

Great and informative course which helped to identify a range of causes, reasons, signs of suicide and how to support someone in a moment of crisis.
