An excellent course. Delighted not to have any awkward role plays! Good, discursive format with clear input, rooted in research and practical examples.

The booklet was very helpful and the safety plans also are very helpful.

I really loved the structure and pace of the course. It felt that we allowed enough time to give the subject the respect that it deserved, without the course dragging. I will definitely recommend to my manager that my colleagues attend :)
