It was a really good course which i found informative and helpful

This course is an essential extension to Mental Health First Aid and I will use this when needed in my interactions with students. it has equipped me with the confidence to ask more direct questions as appropriate. This is an essential course for anyone, especially those working in wellbeing/supporting roles. I will be looking to enrol on the Level 4 accredited unit.

I was apprehensive about attending this course. However , it was excellent and very informative

This was a very helpful and informative course. I now feel much more confident that I would be able to recognise the possible signs of someone having suicidal thoughts and be able to ask the difficult questions.

This course has been extremely useful to me in my day to day life as well as in my working role. I feel I can use the skills that our tutor has taught us in a positive and safe way and by having the understanding of this sensitive topic, I feel more confident discussing Suicide and being able to help support someone, if that situation happened. Our tutor had a very calm, professional, non judgemental way of communicating with all attending the course, which made the sessions run very well.
