The course was incredibly insightful and well-structured. I appreciated the engaging content and practical examples. The instructor was clear and approachable, making complex concepts easy to understand. I feel more confident in applying what I learned. Overall, it was a valuable experience I would recommend to others.

I think the statistics shocked me most as even though I have personal experience from 2 people in my family, it was very high. I liked the fact that it was made very clear how best to help and cleared up a lot of myths and misconceptions very clearly. I am only surprised that this is not mandatory throughout the council and also in schools, as the overall impression given was the best way to help lower these statistics was to talk about it and let everyone know it was not something to be ashamed of.
