Overall good course

Overall, this course seem to be a small refresher for my role, this was more facts and data to start, in my role I do this on a daily basis so already know the speaking technics and skills needed, this was beneficial for someone who has never engaged with someone in a crisis but for those who regularly do them was a not very informative for us as we already know majority of this stuff and was hoping for more hands on knowledge.

I really enjoyed the course. MD made sure that we all got involved despite our different experiences in tutoring and mental health conditions. The course flowed really well and I was able to take in the information.
