I am very pleased that i have signed up for this training. Very useful. It was quite deep, emotional and i reflected a lot on the subject, on my skills and how i should approach difficult conversations.

Although the content of the course is sensitive I thoroughly enjoyed the training session. I feel more confident talking about suicide to people who may be in crisis but also about talking more generally about what I learnt in the training so that others might be able to spot the signs and help someone. I would definitely recommend the training to anyone whether in a supportive role or not.
