A difficult subject matter to approach but was delivered in a professional manner. Very informative, well structured and well delivered course.

I really enjoyed the course it was so informative and the information and skills we gained I thought were brilliant.

Richard was a joy to be taught by, not only did he deliver the course on a level of understanding that was easy to understand and absorb but also interacted with us all very well and was knowledgeable when questions or queries were asked.
