Very informative and detail way of providing information - it gives you the courage and ability to speak with suicide related cases freely and openly while at the same time show compassion and understanding. I definitely feel more comfortable taking on these cases either from a phone call or chat.

I believe it was a great tool to review our protocols and find ways to make it easier for us to talk with a suicidal person as it allows as to take away the stigmatizing idea that it is better not to talk about it and have an authority reassure us it is beneficial to use proper and direct vocabulary to ensure the best help possible
