Really good course, Christine delivered the material in a compassionate empathetic manner.

Although a very distressing subject, this was a really good and thoroughly engaging course to be a part of. The format is really easy to follow and tools used are engaging but not overwhelming. It's so important we have a better understanding of suicide and how we can support people who might be in experiencing this type of crisis, and more organisations need to give their staff access to both SFA and MFA training.

A really good course. I know it couldn't cover specific examples/some of the persistent callers we have that raise suicide. But it will be good to have conversations outside of the training, and this can only equip the team more with the tools they need to feel supported on suicidal calls. A really well run and interesting training course.

There were a lot of methods and processes in the course which I can take into my role. The language was very appropriate and the videos made good use of the processes.

Very informative course which has better equipped me to better understand whats going on and what someone may be feeling as they are and importantly how to keep them safe by allowing them to be heard and in control

Overall training was interesting but I felt with my experience/knowledge the training could be shorter as it was for me similar to all other training sessions I've had over the years I would like to see more about setting boundaries in place for customers where it becomes repetitive/abusive of our services
