Really glad I did the course - it was well paced and comprehensive and left me feeling more confident in my ability to practice suicide first aid. I appreciated the opportunity to practice saying some of the key words out loud - it definitely makes a difference. I found the balance between learning and any kind of role-play just right.

Based on the teaching and the course level and the way it was presented, I thoroughly enjoyed the day and am looking forward to applying for my Level 4 hopefully through Jamie! A BIG WELL DONE

Very glad I took the course, Jamie is an excellent tutor. The material covered during the session included both practical approach and statistical data. After the course I feel more confident in discussing suicide and the 3 steps technique.

A truly insightful and useful course, even with the emotive subject matter the training felt completely safe and at a perfect pace. Jamie's wealth of knowledge was clear to see and therefore very reassuring Anna

Excellent course. Although I have previous training in suicide awareness this was far more in depth and has built my confidence and skills in supporting people, thank you.
