Informative training with lots of tools that can be used

Interested in more about the neurodiverse population being added, as ASC adults are 80% plus more likely to die of suicide- as the highest figure maybe this should be on a slide with difference in presentation/communication noted. Also a high proportion of LGBTQ+ are autistic.

Day started ok but training course from 9.15 AM UNTIL 4.30 PM Oon one subject matter is hopelessly too long. Lots of people flagging at the end. That said very knowledgeable and pleasant trainer, so no issues there

I think that the time spent surrounding language management, with what can and cannot be said, was a little much. I feel like the concerns around what shouldn't be said have hindered my much more natural response to helping someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. I understand that this can be a delicate, emotive subject. However, I think a little more directness of the subject matter, may help learners in a more engaging, realistic way. The tutor was ace, and I understand it is a difficult subject.

An extremely well thought out and informative training session. The tutor was a credit to you and delivered one hell of a training day. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
