Robert Fleming is an excellent instructor. He breaks the content down into manageable sessions that are convenient. He also uses resources (internet) to provide further explanations and easy-to-understand presentations for the students. The course was a breeze with him as the instructor!

A lot of material to cover.

The ACI CCNA1 course was very well done. The e-text clearly explains the material. The Boson NetSim lab environment is a helpful learning tool. Robert Fleming is an excellent instructor- excellent. His explanations are thorough. His combined use of the slide deck and external schematics proved to be very effective. I have had many good teachers in my life, but he ranks among the very best.
