This course is definitely not for students starting out in IT. There is a high learning curve to be proficient with the course material. I would seriously recommend using other resources in addition to the ACI course to be effectively prepared for the CCNA exam.

This course should be audited due to the large inconsistencies in the course material. A large majority of the student slides are unreadable due to the abundance of notes and whatnot all over them. The instructor was great in facilitating what he was given to work with.Response : Thank you for your comments. We will use your comments to evaluate the course materials.

It's a lot of information to take in in a such a short amount of time. It's good that it's flexible so that after the course, I can still review materials, complete labs, and re-sit the classes if I so choose. Otherwise, it would be difficult to complete the learning objectives.

I tried to follow along with the PDF E-book, but it was not possible. There was more information on the slides.

The instructor was well informed but this class is not for beginners or someone brand new to networks. Half of the time i was lost and i dont know if i will pass the assessment. This class should at least be 4 weeks long and not start at 7 pm and last until 11pm. People have full time jobs and most of the material is not mac friendly. As a matter of fact i could not do ANY labs because the program does not work with mac computers. And i dont have money to purchase a new computer in such a short period of time.

I think the course is good. I'm just a little slow.
