ACI's CCNA Part 1 course covers a lot of material and Mr. Fleming did a great job teaching it. The NetSim labs are awesome! I recommend this course to anyone wanting to start preparing for the CCNA Certification. Great course and great instructor!

hard to pin down the need to know stuff for the test b/c of all the material covered, 8 hr course a day turns most brains to mush by the end of the day then you need to do more labs and review? its a tough load for anyone who is holding down a job and has any family commitments. ou can only retain so much info in a few days.
(instructor Robert was very informative, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Robert took the time to explain many of the subject matter of the course in a way that was understandable for my level. Robert also was prompt, and tactful through out the course. I would rate Robert a 10! Great Job, and would really enjoy another session with him in the future..
Robert Fleming is an excellent instructor. He breaks the content down into manageable sessions that are convenient. He also uses resources (internet) to provide further explanations and easy-to-understand presentations for the students. The course was a breeze with him as the instructor!
The ACI CCNA1 course was very well done. The e-text clearly explains the material. The Boson NetSim lab environment is a helpful learning tool. Robert Fleming is an excellent instructor- excellent. His explanations are thorough. His combined use of the slide deck and external schematics proved to be very effective. I have had many good teachers in my life, but he ranks among the very best.
