This course is great for someone that has some knowledge in IT. For me not knowing IT - this was hard to grasp and understand the material. The instructor and class were very engaging but this class needs to be extended for two weeks. Very knowledgeable instructor!

Rich is Awesome and knows his stuff and how to relate it, but the Course information is just way too much. The last time I did any study/work school-related was in 2014, I have really got to brush up on my studying and test-taking skills. Other than that if you take the time and put in the effort, this is a VALUABLE class to start with. And as I will be doing Refreshing again and again. I would have loved to have the information a week sooner and not just a weekend.
The course was full of information but the instructors delivery of the curriculum was monumental. The layout made it easier for people with no experience such as myself to learn.
Great course overall, the content was a lot but Mr. Petti did his best in order to deliver the information in a fun and entertaining manner. The study materials for the course were very helpful and I never felt like I would fail the course.

Rich has obviously been doing this for a long while now. His experience shows when he warns students about systemic mistakes. I can tell when he's covering a topic that many students in the past have had difficulties.
In the beginning, it seemed like information overload, but once you stay on track of the lessons and homework it's a cakewalk!
This is a great class. Rich is very engaging and encouraging. He broke down the information in a way that made it easier to understand.
