I think I'm ready for the ITIL certification!
I learned a great deal of information that will help me further my education in the IT field.
It was a great place to start an IT career. I learned a foundation about ITIL, which I never heard before. Tremendous and looking forward to the other section of the classes.
I think so One week is little for the courses there too much information to handle in just one week
Honestly I would have loved to have a few more days learning this material even if it wouldn't add up to another week. I say that because it just felt like a lot to digest in such a little amount of time for a class. However i feel that it was just the right class to have be so short in time because it wasn't a technical class just more theory based so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. still enjoyed the class
An outstanding introduction to the IT world and what to expect in your first position. I'm excited to get into the meat and potatoes for A+,NET+ and SEC+!
I thought this program was very beneficial.
This was a fairly easy course. Concepts were easy to understand and the questions gradually got harder. Hopefully it reflects the difficulty of the actual exam.
