Professional, approachable and knowledgeable training staff offer comprehensive teaching combined with many opportunities to practice the skills learned, followed by helpful analysis and group discussion. Staff are responsive to questions during the live calls , also to direct messages during independent study times. The course includes examples of a variety of relevant client groups and is transparent in discussing potential limitations with regards to practical use of the tool for clinical purposes, along with reasonable approaches to overcome these.
