Carol was a superlative presenter. She clearly knows her 'stuff' inside out and was brilliant at transferring her knowledge to us. I found her very easy to follow, and never felt 'lost' at any point. She encouraged interaction and constantly checked back to answer questions or comment on what people had said. And she seemed to know everyone's name!! It was a brilliant course and even if you never get to use the two assessments I feel that my observational skills have improved hugely. I really recommend it for content and quality. Thank you.

I have really enjoyed the training, it has been really organised and a good balance of zoom vs practice. The size of the group has felt appropriate. Carol is really approachable and knowledgable!
