I was fully engaged throughout the whole of this course, which is not always the case on training for me! The format, content, structure all worked very well. I really valued the feedback from practice, following inputting the codes. The reports provided were inspired and really useful to get that 'live' feedback. The Moodle page is also very clever and clear. Thank you very much Carol, I really have throughly enjoyed this course and have learnt so much.
In a Whole , its opened my horizon in understanding the challenges faced by clinicians when coding in ADOS-2 &ADI-R. it also offers the opportunity to learn the intricacy of mitigating some of these difficulties. A brilliant CPD to add to portfolio
Carol’s teaching was exceptionally clear, and the video resources were invaluable for learning and observing how she conducts the assessments. I especially appreciated the opportunity to compare my scoring with hers, which allowed me to revisit any discrepancies and reflect on areas for improvement. A thoroughly enjoyable, well organised and informative course. Professional, approachable and knowledgeable training staff offer comprehensive teaching combined with many opportunities to practice the skills learned, followed by helpful analysis and group discussion. Staff are responsive to questions during the live calls , also to direct messages during independent study times. The course includes examples of a variety of relevant client groups and is transparent in discussing potential limitations with regards to practical use of the tool for clinical purposes, along with reasonable approaches to overcome these. Really enjoyed the course. i was a bit apprehensive thatIi may have found it difficult, but it was pitched just right.
Really enjoyed the course. I liked being able to watch videos and practice independently rather than having to do various group tasks. I liked being able to get instant feedback on our scores in a non-judgmental way.
