The training course was well-delivered and clearly explained how to administer and score the ADOS and ADI-R. The trainer, Carol Stott, is excellent! She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable on autism and how to assess using these measures. She brought the subject to life with her examples and top tips. Overall, I highly recommend this training.
Very informative, opportunity to practice and reflect upon differences in administration and coding. The trainer had lots of knowledge and shared their experience of using these tools in clinical practice with recognition of the need for flexibility. My overall knowledge about how to spot the nuances of and maybe more subtle signs of Autism has improved with this course. Many thanks.
I think both facilitators did the very best in educating and helping to reinforce knowledge. Kind, accommodating with good discourse.
The course was super efficient and helpful, and I'm looking forward to administer ADOS and ADI myself.
The start time in the morning of 9:30am is perfect. It gave enough time to drop the children at school. The pace of delivery was perfect and able to ask question in between. Overall, interactive and an eye opening course. Thanks.
I feel the course was very pre organised enabling a good structured process, with the relevant amount of time to complete the work required and have a tea break too, The organisation and pre structured agender was really helpful for me to plan around my personal needs. I feel the team were very approachable, and very informative overall. Everything was explained fully, with a wide range of awareness we were from different back grounds, professions, a multitude of different sectors and specific knowledge and even different counties, which was all respectfully considered. I felt I could participate, ask questions and get full answers with a greater understanding. This course was factual and knowledgeable enriching and will now participate positively in my future practice, as I feel I have been taught to confidently administer both the ADOS of all levels and the ADI-R to contribute to my diagnostic process.
