As always, an excellent session from Laurell. Easy to follow. Very engaging and comprehensive. Laurell is brilliant at engaging and including everyone in the discussion.
Prior to the course I was a worried that spending that amount of time on Zoom might be a bit much. Also that we wouldn't get from it what we would from an in person training. However, it was brilliantly delivered. The afternoon flew because it was enjoyable and the clever use of virtual break out rooms meant that we could engage just as we would in real life. Thanks Laurell!
