The aim of this session is to further develop hints and tips and discuss how you’ll integrate feedback and openness into your everyday work
What you will learn
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Understand and explain why feedback and openness is important
- Explain elements of your charter and how it relates to you
- Identify the key elements of DiSC and how this helps in developing a culture of feedback by adapting and learning

Prior to the course I was a worried that spending that amount of time on Zoom might be a bit much. Also that we wouldn't get from it what we would from an in person training. However, it was brilliantly delivered. The afternoon flew because it was enjoyable and the clever use of virtual break out rooms meant that we could engage just as we would in real life. Thanks Laurell!

Really interesting course and Laurell was so fantastic - really clear and knowledgeable, as well as warm and friendly. I think we ran out of time slightly to focus on some of the practical applications but I'm confident we'll take these forwards as a team.
