Excellent . Best course I've ever been on over the years. The facilitators were excellent. I came to this course as someone who would not engage at all in organisational politics but I now understand why it should be used in the correct way to your advantage.

quite fast paced, but easy to follow and engaging.

Lots of food for thought, good use of concepts and pointers to resolve development areas - as well as identifying new development areas
