Amazing course - really useful reminders of things I knew but didn't practice, and some new gold dust in there too. Charlotte and Shona were fantastic, very interactive, worked brilliantly together, kept me engaged throughout. This is one of the best courses I've been on and it will definitely make a difference to my confidence going forwards. Thank you Charlotte and Shona!
Approachable hosts, great balance of talking and discussion. Really enjoyed the guest speaker. Liked that I had a few breakout rooms with the same individual as helped build up more rapport - perhaps keep consistent break out groups? Lots for me to work on and I think it will really help my confidence. Thank you both.

Found the content and discussions really useful and insightful in considering future situations. Not sure I had prepared the pre work but this wasn't actually required as we then had time in the session. Didn't access the workbook during the session as with it being on zoom and the form on my works e-mail I couldn't access both. Slides were good and loved hearing all the quotes, they really put things into focus. A very worthwhile session
Shona and Charlotte were brilliant, just the right amount of energy, allowing enough flexibility for colleagues to provide feedback and participate at their own pace. Super useful training and I look forward to applying the learnings from the course to move forward.
