Very good course. Would be useful to have reminder of discussion points for break out sessions in course material as easy to forget detail of what supposed to be discussing

A thought provoking first module of the course, which has provided me with some tips and ideas that I'm keen to put into practice.

I have found the course very informative and have taken away some very useful tools that will undoubtedly help me both professionally and personally, The frameworks discussed are clear and I look forward to using them to guide my career. Anne and Paul were both extremely helpful and engaging. Thank you very much!

Really good course - very focused , no much material and information, but key messages, tips that will help to make a difference. Really well managed course with the challenge of doing it online (vs. face-to-face)

the only part that I felt could be adjusted was the "breaking through the comfortzone" one. I feel that most of us are able to do that, but I struggle with getting to the "growth zone"

I thought it was very engaging, especially given it was run over Zoom. Content was concise and easy to digest during the training. Both presenters created a good environment for discussion. Overall I found extremely helpful and certainly took quite a bit personally from the training.

Good course. May be more interaction from the facilitator in the side sessions. They could drop into a groups more often.

Thought it was a good session, just good to take time out to work on myself, liked the guest speaker and a few of the examples resonated especially the blockers that I put in place myself which perhaps stop me progressing.

Overall a good event. I liked the fact there were two presenters, who could bounce ideas and liven up debate.
