I learnt a number of interesting facts on this course that I was not previously aware of. I will take forward my learnings and no doubt improve the team.

The course was great for securing my knowledge & helping me identify policies we might need to revisit & amend.
If I am honest the thought of sitting through a 2 day HR Course, was not something I was looking forward to. However, as soon as we met Lynne we knew that we were going to have a positive experience and gain a great deal of helpful knowledge. Lynne was super engaging and gave us every opportunity to put forward our own thoughts and comments which meant we were able to relate everything to our own centre. She provided helpful information on how we could resolve varying issues that we feel we currently have on site. The room was quickly made to feel like a safe place, where we could all open up and discuss any worries that we had. Previously we had not felt like we could do this, so it is going to be a huge benefit going forward.
Course was very helpful and dealt with during some challenging times due to the nature of our work and some personal issues
I found this course very interesting and Lynne my tutor was very informative and kept me engaged in the discussion highly recommended for all staff
