Lynne was very approachable and the pace of the course was good
Lots of information over the 3 days which i look forward to using my assessment and working life. Opened my eyes on different ways of communicating and receiving and giving feed back with all different departments and walks of life whether that be personal or business.
I think this course has been extremely beneficial to me, and i have learnt so much in such a short time! I also feel a Lynne is a great trainer, the way she describes topics, and asks open questons. One thing i have learnt from Lynne is that she was not shy of accountability, where she may have explained a questions perfectly well, if i didn't understand she would instantly take accountability to the fact she may not have described it well (even though she did) and then reposition the question for further clarity, and i feel as that is a great skill to have, and demonstrates what a great manager is.Read more
