The course is a valuable follow up to the Mental Health First Aid Training - I would recommend the course!

Christo really did an excellent job feeding in many facts of which I was totally unaware; provoking good participation from the course attenders and listening/responding to their questions/comments in an encouraging, inclusive and helpful way; and giving all of us confidence to feel we can react appropriately if we ever have to deal with a potentially suicidal person. I cannot commend his skills highly enough.

Virtual training is always difficult and I felt for the trainers as its hard to get people to interact. Probably a better course when its face to face.

Four hours is a very short time to get over so much information (although I appreciate that it probably works well as being an amount of time that most people or organisations can allow in their busy schedules). I have thought about many of the issues in the past but wonder whether if someone hasn't thought about them before, if it would be a lot to take in.
