This is an excellent course, brilliantly delivered by Nell and i think it should be compulsory for all staff, especially when so many people are currently so isolated by the current pandemic

I have had a few times on being with someone having thoughts and near the edge to suicide. Having more information is good to help if in this situation again

It's always going to be really challenging, and will never feel simple, but this course give really great advice on how to manage those conversations, some of the issues and how to overcome them. Really informative course, which taught me a lot as someone who has already been working in the area for many years.
