I really enjoyed the course overall and have learnt so much today - I feel as though I will have more confidence when approaching mental health?suicidal calls now. The tutor was great and really engaged with the whole group.
I think the course was great! Our tutor was professional but personal at the same time and made the environment feel like a safe space to disclose personal experiences. It gave me ideas on how to conduct myself regarding someone struggling with suicide.
Kelly is an amazing tutor who actively listened to the whole class. Engaged with everyone and thanked individuals who contributed; I believe this made those individuals feel validated. Kelly has a good knowledge and understanding around Mental Health and Suicide.
i will definitely sign up to other sessions to expand my knowledge.
I REALLY ENJOYED THIS COURSE AND I FOUND IT VERY USEFUL TO BE ABLE TO PUT INTO PRACTISE WEATHER ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON

Difficult subject but dealt with compassion and understanding for the subject and good knowledge Interaction was good with group which allowed people to share their own experiences
