As always, despite the serious topic Chris brings a down to earth and pragmatic approach to the course which works for me as I have known 3 people who have died by suicide and one friend who I managed to help not die by suicide and sort help.

For such a difficult and sometimes an emotional topic to work through, I felt that the training was extremely engaging and informative. The group provided opportunity to listen and discuss their own experiences and Cheryl provide excellent guidance throughout.
