I have attended many courses through the pandemic virtually however this is the best training I have attended in a LONG time. I gain so much from this training and feel this has brought about a positive way forward for me personally but also how I support start and the clients I work with. The trainers were engaging and kept me engaged which is a huge success in my mind given how hard it is to stay focused in virtual meetings arena. I have a few points to take forward and some reading to do from this. I really liked linking this to my own experiences and thoughts of how I can support other people.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it really helpful. I am feeling a lot more positive at the end of this afternoon! I would like to attend the physical face to face course in the future (whenever that is allowed!) I am looking forward to starting my positivity diary.

Really helpful and practical. Only one small issue- the workbook was not very easy to use, and also hard to use when in a virtual meeting as could not see workbook and the presentation, if only one screen. Many thanks

Really informative and loved the info about the brain. Facilitators were friendly and knowledgeable. Good information to use with my families particularly the science behind 'whats been good' - I will use it everytime I go to see a family! Everyone should do this course!

Thank you for a friendly and approachable delivery style. For me the course covered a lot of what I already knew as a mental health first aider but it was useful to go back over.

Enjoyed the course but felt the pace of it was quite fast which made processing the information whilst trying to write notes difficult at times. Overall some great points and handy tips. Thank you
