It is comforting to be having the same feelings and thoughts as the other participants. The physiology behind our mental well being and reactions was interesting and gives focus and validation to our feelings. Thank you for this session. It has given me a lot to think about - hopefully in a positive way (not a stressy way !)

I thought this was super useful, I have previously done a Mental Health First Aid course but I learnt new things on this short course too. This is beneficial for my own health and also those I work with. I am Wellbeing Champion within my team and will be recommending this course to all. Very well done, thank you.

Excellent - lots of info crammed into a short time - struggled to keep up with notes as I like to take too many. Would like to access to full course. Good mix of theory and real-life practical examples and suggestions.

I really found this course really good content was good and delivery and voices of the team was excellent (the voice of the presenter can sometimes be annoying) . I would like to have a video or recording of this to reply it and listen to Emma. I will try and use some of the information pertaining to the primitive brain when understanding my young adult (18) very difficult daughter.
