I really enjoyed this course it was a nice refresher for me. I really enjoyed learning about the sleep cycles and the REM sleep and how it impacts your sleep. I will take this away and use the positivity diary for sure. Thank you so much - I'd be keen to do the nutrition course also!

Absolutely superb!! So relevant to how I am feeling - specially this year - that I feel overwhelmed. Very useful techniques to empty the stress bucket which I plan to use.

I enjoyed this course, it is harder through Zoom and I am not sure I had video - but the presentation was excellent and we were encouraged to interact

I think it works better in a physical setting but a good course handled virtually.

Informative and delivered in a way that was positive and in no means patronising. Chat function was useful to keep engaged and I liked having to have cameras on so that people were attentive.
